9-year-old girl critically injured in Draper crash, DUI suspect arrested

DRAPER, UT – A girl is in critical condition after a single-vehicle crash in Draper Wednesday morning, reports FOX13.

The crash happened at Crosswind Way and South Fort Street around 8 a.m. The driver had crashed the vehicle into a tree. No other vehicles were involved.

A 9-year-old passenger in the car was rushed to an area hospital in critical condition.

The driver was arrested on suspicion of DUI.

Authorities are using home surveillance footage to investigate the incident.
