Narrative
MORGAN CO., UT – A wrong-collision involving involving a semi in western Morgan County killed a female driver and injured her infant passenger Saturday.
The accident happened around 7:05 a.m. on I-84 near mile marker 100, which is south of Enterprise and northwest of Morgan.
The investigation indicates that the victim was driving a sedan westbound on the eastbound side of I-84 when she collided head-on with an 18-wheeler.
The driver of the sedan died at the scene of the accident. Authorities have not yet released her identity to the public.
Medics transported the infant passenger to the hospital with unspecified injuries.
The truck driver was not hurt in the accident.
