Narrative
SALT LAKE CITY, UT – No injuries have been reported thus far after a TRAX train collided with a car in Salt Lake City on Wednesday night.
The incident happened just before 8 p.m. at the intersection of Main Street and 100 South, which runs through City Creek Center.
Police haven’t yet released any details about the crash except to say that the airbags in the car deployed and that the train pushed the car a couple of feet down the tracks.
Officials reported delays with the TRAX while crews worked to clear the wreckage.
