Narrative
SOUTH JORDAN, UT – One man sustained fatal injuries Friday night in a two-vehicle collision along the interstate in South Jordan.
The incident happened around 8:45 p.m. near the intersection of I-15 southbound and West 11400 South, which is just northwest of Trader Joe’s
Police say that one driver lost control of their Toyota and hit a barrier along 1-15, at which point their car struck an SUV.
A passenger in the Toyota died after transport to a local hospital. Authorities have not yet released his identity to the public.
No other injuries have been referenced in relation to the crash.
A full investigation is underway.
